It is necessary for us to practice good food handling for us to avoid food contamination. In order to do that we should have enough knowledge to the rules or guides to follow especially in storing our foods . If the food needs to store in cold temperature make sure that the needed temperature will be established to avoid spoilage, the same thing to the non-food item you have also provide proper places for them to store.
